01. Service Agreement
By booking services with International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo, customers agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein. Our relocation and logistics services include packing, loading, transportation, unloading, warehousing, and delivery solutions based on the final quotation approved by the customer. Any additional service requests, changes in shifting requirements, extra labor, or modifications after confirmation may result in revised charges.
02. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment communicated during the quotation process. The balance payment must be completed before final delivery, unloading, or unpacking of goods. International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo accepts payments through approved online and offline payment methods. Service pricing may vary depending on distance, transportation type, packing materials, labor requirements, storage duration, taxes, and additional service requests.
03. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are required to provide accurate details regarding shifting locations, quantity of goods, fragile items, valuables, access conditions, and special handling instructions before service execution. Restricted, illegal, hazardous, flammable, or prohibited materials must not be included in shipments. Customers are also responsible for arranging necessary permissions such as society approvals, parking arrangements, entry passes, or local authority clearances wherever applicable.
04. Packing & Handling
International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo uses professional packing materials and modern handling techniques to ensure the safety of goods during relocation and storage. Customers must inform our team in advance about delicate items, antiques, electronics, glassware, artworks, or customized furniture requiring extra care. We shall not be responsible for damages to items packed solely by the customer without our supervision or professional assistance.
05. Transportation & Delivery
All shipments are transported through planned logistics routes and estimated schedules for timely delivery. However, delivery timelines may vary due to traffic congestion, weather conditions, road restrictions, strikes, customs clearance, natural disasters, or unforeseen operational circumstances. International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo will make every reasonable effort to ensure smooth and timely transportation but cannot guarantee delivery delays caused by factors beyond operational control.
06. Insurance & Claims
Transit insurance and goods protection coverage are available upon customer request at additional cost. Customers are advised to opt for insurance coverage for valuable shipments and long-distance relocations. Any claims related to loss or damage must be reported immediately with valid proof and documentation. Without insurance coverage, International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo shall not be liable for damages resulting from accidents, fire, natural calamities, theft, or unavoidable external events.
07. Storage Services
Warehousing and storage services are provided according to agreed durations, pricing, and inventory conditions. Customers must clear all pending payments before releasing stored goods from our warehouse facilities. While we maintain secure, monitored, and professionally managed warehouses, International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo is not responsible for damages caused by self-packed goods, moisture, climate conditions, pests, or circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.
08. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers must inform cancellation requests at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Advance payments made towards booking, labor allocation, vehicle reservation, packaging preparation, or logistics arrangements may be non-refundable once operational work has commenced. Refund decisions will depend upon the stage of service execution and company policies applicable at the time of cancellation.
09. Liability Limitations
International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, damages, or service interruptions caused by road accidents, transportation breakdowns, strikes, riots, government restrictions, customs delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond company control. Liability, if any, shall remain limited to the terms agreed under the service contract and applicable insurance coverage opted by the customer.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from relocation, warehousing, transportation, or logistics services provided by International Packers and Movers Priyansh Cargo shall be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless otherwise agreed in writing between both parties.
